We offer a 15-day return and refund policy, which means you have 15 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been opened, used, or tested cannot be returned or refunded.

LUMINARA will accept a return or provide a refund if the product is received damaged, defective, or faulty, subject to the following conditions:

  • The return request must be made within 15 days of receiving the order.
  • Proof of purchase and your order number are required.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.

How Do I Return a Product?

If you receive a damaged or faulty product:

  1. Take clear photos or videos showing the damage or issue.

  3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if your request is approved.
  4. Send the product back in its original, sealed packaging to the return address provided by our team.

How Will I Receive My Refund?

Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If your refund is approved, we will process the refund using the agreed refund method. The time required to receive your refund may vary depending on the payment/refund method.

Exchange Policy

LUMINARA will exchange a product if you receive an item that is different from what you originally ordered, provided that the following conditions are met:

  • The product must be in its original condition.
  • The product must be unopened and unused.
  • The exchange request must be made within 15 days of receiving the order.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Your order number and proof of purchase must be provided.

To request an exchange:

  3. Tell us which product you ordered and which product you received.
  4. Send clear photos/videos of the received product if requested.
  5. Once approved, return the product in its original sealed packaging following the instructions provided by our team.

Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, LUMINARA cannot accept returns or refunds for products that have been opened, used, or tested.

Returns will also not be accepted in the following situations:

  • The product has been opened or used.
  • The product has been damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling.
  • The product is returned without its original packaging.
  • The return request is made after 15 days of receiving the order.
  • The product is a sale/discounted item, unless it was received damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery and contact us as soon as possible if there is an issue.

Order Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.

Cancellation depends on whether your order has already been processed or dispatched.

If the order has not been dispatched, we will do our best to cancel it.

If the order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to cancel it.
